Michael Monari (MSc, MBA) is the Team leader and Founder/CEO of Longitude Finance.
He has over 25 years commercial banking experience at Executive Management and Board Level. Michael has a passion for supporting SME’s across the African continent; the largest being job creation platform.
He has worked in several African countries some being Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana and lately Uganda as MD/CEO of Ecobank. Across these countries he turned round the banks he was a part of resulting in exponential growth whilst creating wealth and new jobs.
Vice-Chairperson - David Ngigi
David is a Chartered Accountant, financial products marketer and microfinance professional with over 5 years working experience in credit management, business development, banking operations, accounting, financial analysis and credit analyst
Manager - Grace Mutuku
Grace is a Bachelor of Management degree holder and Diploma in purchasing and supplies management, Grace brings on board more than 3 years’ experience in business management, customer relation and marketing skills she is also an expert in micro-lending and credit management.
Treasurer - Peter Chakua
Peter has more than 4 years of professional experience in accounting, financial analysis/reporting and credit analysis. He worked with Sacco’s and an audit firm before joining Longitude Finance as Assistant Accountant
